What started with the graffitie movement in New York City in the 1980 has evolved to an artistic realm, which is more than an expression of rebellion, but a poetic artform that reflects on society and politics. The filmmakers take us on a journey from New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Vienna to Moscow.
