DIRECTOR’S NOTE

I’m making films, to stay naive.
It feels as if with each project I have to start from scratch and come up with a new approach.

The vast variety of topics which I tackled so far is something I am fond of, but most of my films negotiate queer identity. In a way it poses a field of tension that follows me throughout my work, without me asking for it.

Making films means to participate in what is happening in the world, which is a never ending self-renewing process.

To quote my dear friend Jasna Žmak: Life is the silly answer to the miracle of film.
